I can't seem to become motivated to lose weight anymore...Last summer I lost about 20 pounds went from about 210 to 185...but then i slowly started to gain the weight back...now I am currently about 198. I still go to the gym but nopt as often as I used to. I go about 3 days a week sumtimes 4 if I'm lucky. I started working at a new place and I work from 7A to 7P so when I get home i'm too tired to go to the gym. I try to eat healthy but i tend to cheat alot over the weekends. At the gym on the 3 days I usually lift first then do 45 minutes of cardio but it seems that 3 days a week isnt cutting it. I'm not gettin the results I want and don't know what to do.
